MedSolutions Earns Third Consecutive J.D. Power and Associates Recognition
Company’s call center recognized for providing “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience”

Power and Associates’ Certified Call Center Program (SM).
Of the more than 75,000 call centers in North America, MedSolutions’ call center operation is one of a select group to be recognized for “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience.”

The criteria to receive the call center award has become more rigorous every year. This year, as part of its evaluation process, J.D. Power and Associates conducted an exhaustive audit of the MedSolutions call centers, examining internal policies and procedures for each call. The audit also involved an independent third party satisfaction survey assessing customer ratings for courtesy, knowledge, and concern for customer needs, among others. The survey included MedSolutions’ payor customers in addition to physicians and imaging providers.
