	Curt Thorne, President and Chief Executive Officer Curt joined MedSolutions in 1998. He has responsibility for overall corporate strategy; company operations, new business development, managing successful relationships with customers and all functions related to the company’s managed care contracts. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Mr. Thorne served as President and COO of a California-based specialty physician management company. Mr. Thorne also served in senior management positions with Aetna Healthplans, The Travelers, and Cigna. For each of these leading managed care companies, he led the development and operation of nationwide pharmacy benefit management companies, serving as General Manager, COO and President. Mr. Thorne earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina.
	Gregg P. Allen, M.D., Executive Vice President & Chief Medical Officer Gregg has been Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of MedSolutions since 1996. He is responsible for the design and implementation of medical management processes, including provider relations, clinical guideline development, utilization and quality management, and physician profiling and feedback. Dr. Allen also functions as the chief liaison with the radiology community, manager of the medical directors of MedSolutions, customers and potential managed care clients. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Dr. Allen was Vice President for Medical Services and Corporate Medical Director of Coventry Corporation. Dr. Allen is a residency-trained, board-certified Family Practice Physician and is also board certified in Emergency Medicine. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. His certifications include Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
	David J. Smith, Executive Vice President, Customer Management Dave joined MedSolutions in July 1999. His responsibilities include the overall management of Account Management and the Provider Network Management department, including provider contracting. Prior to coming to MedSolutions, Mr. Smith spent over three years with CIGNA/Healthsource in South Carolina as the assistant vice president, provider network management. He was integral in the overall management of medical costs through favorable provider contracting and was responsible for the integration of the Healthsource provider network with CIGNA after the acquisition by CIGNA in July 1997. Prior to joining Healthsource, he served as vice president of development for a PPM organization, Medical Resource Management, in Norcross, Georgia. He graduated with honors from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, with a BBA in Accounting.
	Chris Crabtree, Executive Vice President, Operations As the senior executive responsible for operations at MedSolutions, Chris oversees the call centers, nursing, physicians, workforce management, and project management training at multiple locations. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Mr. Crabtree was Senior Vice President of Customer Care at Countrywide Financial Corporation. His extensive experience in operations management has been leveraged at top financial firms and healthcare organizations resulting in national acknowledgement as a leader and he has been quoted in news sources including Forbes.com, Florida Today, Morningstar.com, Yahoo Finance, and Market Watch. Mr. Crabtree earned his Masters of Business Administration from Averett University and his Bachelor of Science with concentration in management from Elon University.
	Stephen M. Mengert, Chief Financial Officer Steve is responsible for overseeing all financial planning and management aspects of the company. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Mr. Mengert served as the CFO for Matria Healthcare. He was also a partner with Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, and served as Chief Financial Officer of Tatum client companies in the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, he held similar positions with Pediatric Services of America, Rehability Corp., Charter Medical Corp., and Union Carbide. Mr. Mengert earned his Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgia State University. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
	Steve Janicak, Sr. Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Product Development Steve oversees all sales, product development and communication strategy at MedSolutions. Previously, Mr. Janicak served as Chief Marketing Officer for Matria Healthcare. He also served in similar roles with financial services firms such as ING, Chase Bank, Consumer Financial Network and CheckFree Corp. Additionally, Mr. Janicak has more than a decade of advertising agency experience building a broad array of globally recognized brands. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit.
	Steven M. Wise, Chief Information Officer Steve possesses over 30 years of business and IT experience in a health care setting. These include many years in corporate systems positions ranging from applications on mainframes, to client server and Internet platforms. While at MedSolutions, Wise has successfully created and implemented a vision utilizing web based applications which led to organizational efficiency, self service functionality for physician based practices and high levels of customer satisfaction for Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare health plans. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Wise was COO for a Philadelphia based IT consulting firm that he started from the ground up and served as Chief Information Officer for NovaCare, the number one leader in rehabilitation therapy services. Before joining NovaCare, Wise spent 11 years at Ortho Pharmaceutical, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Wise brings the experience of being a CIO for a top flight nationally recognized company, superior consulting services and a critical understanding of how to apply these services to achieve the ultimate business benefit.
	Angela Farmer, Vice President of Human Resources Angela joined MedSolutions in 2002 and has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. She is responsible for the overall corporate HR functions of each location including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, compliance, and the design and implementation of policies and programs that support the Company and employees. In 2006, she implemented the Lominger Leadership Competencies which is used by over half of the Fortune 500 companies and recently became a certified coach for this program. Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
	Alan D. Poenitske, Vice President, Corporate Controller Alan joined MedSolutions in 1995 as Director of Financial Reporting at the company’s inception. His responsibilities include financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis of existing contracts, capitation settlements with clients, financial analysis and pricing of all prospective clients, as well as overseeing the payroll and accounts payable functions of the company. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Mr. Poenitske was a Senior Accountant with Deloitte and Touche, LLP. Mr. Poenitske is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of several societies, including the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.
