Curt Thorne, President and Chief Executive OfficerCurt joined MedSolutions in 1998. He has responsibility for overall corporate strategy; company operations, new business development, managing successful relationships with customers and all functions related to the company’s managed care contracts. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Mr. Thorne served as President and COO of a California-based specialty physician management company. Mr. Thorne also served in senior management positions with Aetna Healthplans, The Travelers, and Cigna. For each of these leading managed care companies, he led the development and operation of nationwide pharmacy benefit management companies, serving as General Manager, COO and President. Mr. Thorne earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina. |

Gregg P. Allen, M.D., Executive Vice President & Chief Medical OfficerGregg has been Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of MedSolutions since 1996. He is responsible for the design and implementation of medical management processes, including provider relations, clinical guideline development, utilization and quality management, and physician profiling and feedback. Dr. Allen also functions as the chief liaison with the radiology community, manager of the medical directors of MedSolutions, customers and potential managed care clients. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Dr. Allen was Vice President for Medical Services and Corporate Medical Director of Coventry Corporation. Dr. Allen is a residency-trained, board-certified Family Practice Physician and is also board certified in Emergency Medicine. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. His certifications include Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. |

David J. Smith, Executive Vice President, Customer ManagementDave joined MedSolutions in July 1999. His responsibilities include the overall management of Account Management and the Provider Network Management department, including provider contracting. Prior to coming to MedSolutions, Mr. Smith spent over three years with CIGNA/Healthsource in South Carolina as the assistant vice president, provider network management. He was integral in the overall management of medical costs through favorable provider contracting and was responsible for the integration of the Healthsource provider network with CIGNA after the acquisition by CIGNA in July 1997. Prior to joining Healthsource, he served as vice president of development for a PPM organization, Medical Resource Management, in Norcross, Georgia. He graduated with honors from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, with a BBA in Accounting. |

Roger Cheek, Executive Vice President, OperationsAs the senior executive responsible for operations at MedSolutions, Roger oversees the contact centers, nursing, physicians, workforce management, vendor operations and project management training at multiple locations. He is a hands-on business executive with an impressive track record of strategic impact, turnaround performance, profit improvement and corporate growth within Fortune 500 corporations. The recipient of numerous sales, performance, and service awards, Roger brings 25 years of management experience and over 30 years of customer service, sales, and loyalty marketing experience to every assignment he is engaged in. His diverse background in contact center operations and technology, sales and loyalty marketing, is instrumental in driving service quality and operational excellence at MedSolutions. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Mr. Cheek was Vice President of Customer Service at Prime Therapeutics. Roger also served as Vice President of Member & Client Services at Express Scripts as well as Sr. Director of National Sales and Service for Sprint. Mr. Cheek holds a Bachelor of Science degree with concentration in business management. |

David S. Bassin, Chief Financial OfficerMr. Bassin is Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Bassin previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of inVentiv Health, Inc. (formerly VTIV) from 2007 until 2010 when the company completed a sale of its business to Thomas H. Lee. He was with inVentiv since its spin-off from Snyder Communications in 1999 and held various management positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s inVentiv Commercial division, with responsibility for providing financial strategic and operational management for all of the inVentiv Commercial business units. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Bassin served as the Business and Financial Strategies Group Manager for Snyder Communications, Inc. Mr. Bassin began his business career as an auditor with Arthur Anderson from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Bassin is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Gino Tenace, Chief Strategy OfficerAs Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Tenace is responsible for assisting in developing, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives that will help drive the company’s future growth and profitability. Previously Mr. Tenace served as President and Chief Operating Officer, the visionary and driver behind the Rise business model and creator of the Rise products. He is also responsible for the development and deployment of services. During 15 years at UnitedHealthcare, he held senior positions in product development, multi-site operations, finance, regulatory compliance and customer service. His cost-reducing programs at UnitedHealthcare saved clients approximately $1 billion. A champion of care providers, Mr. Tenace also contributes to healthcare transformation by sharing his expertise with government leaders. He advised President George W. Bush's healthcare team and helped Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's administration develop programs to cover California's uninsured citizens. |

Satish Dave, Chief Information OfficerAs Chief Information Officer, Satish Dave is leading all strategic and operational technology initiatives for MedSolutions. In his role, Mr. Dave (pronounced dặv′-vee) is focused on MSI's delivery of cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and create operational efficiencies for our customers - including providers as well as Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare health plans. In addition, his responsibility includes claims operation, healthcare analytics, and operational excellence through Lean/Six Sigma. An experienced executive, Mr. Dave brings 23 years of business and IT experience across multiple industries. Most recently, Mr. Dave led the information technology function of specialty paper company Appleton Papers Inc, largest manufacturer of carbonless and thermal papers. Prior to this he held various leadership roles with Concentra Inc, Coventry Healthcare, GE, Shop At Home Network, SETA Corporation, and Coal India. Mr. Dave holds Bachelor degrees of Electrical Engineering and Law. His diverse background in business operations, Lean/Six Sigma and global enterprise technology, is instrumental in improving quality and operational excellence at MedSolutions. |

TJ Fjelseth, Senior Vice President of Human ResourcesAs the Senior Vice President for Human Resources at MedSolutions, TJ oversees the overall corporate HR functions of each location including talent management, diversity, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, and the design and implementation of policies and programs that support the Company. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in HR, organizational development and performance consulting with some of America’s largest employers. He has previously worked for Blue Cross of Northeastern PA, Convergys, Beverly Healthcare and Nissan. His career experience includes multi-site and international leadership across the United States and Canada, India, Germany and the Philippines. His work in the healthcare industry began in the early ’90s and he has since served as an organizational change leader in health care delivery, health insurance, occupational health, and health care management. He is a graduate of Excelsior University in Albany, NY. Mr. Fjelseth holds credentials in total quality management and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Balanced Scorecard Professional. |

Alan D. Poenitske, Senior Vice President of Financial OperationsAs the Senior Vice President of Financial Operations, Alan oversees the Strategic, Financial and Analytical aspects of managing MedSolutions risk based contracts. The healthcare economics team that he oversees supports the business operational leaders to identify, implement and track affordability initiatives across the organization as well as leading the client financial reconciliations. Alan has been with MedSolutions since the company’s inception, currently holds his certified public accountant license and has served MedSolutions in multiple positions throughout his tenure. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller where he oversaw all of the financial and accounting functions of the organization as well as all pricing and underwriting functions. Prior to joining MedSolutions, Alan served as a Senior Accountant with Deloitte and he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University. |
